Hotel Los Gatos, Los Gatos

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small but clean and well-appointed, offering great amenities and utmost quietness for a comfortable rest. The service seemed to have some training issues but was friendly and attentive, leaving me with a desire to come back. The location was perfect for exploring shops and restaurants on foot, though the hotel interior could use updating. The dining was a letdown with limited grab-and-go options, not as advertised. Despite this, the hotel provided a delightful wooded setting and easy access to nearby attractions.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms were spacious, with a separate bedroom for us adults and a pullout sofa for the kids, making it perfect for our family. While the insulation from neighboring rooms could be improved, the overall experience was fantastic. The service was top-notch, with a super nice check-in and check-out process, and even live music on Thursdays in the courtyard. The location was ideal, just a short walk from charming shops, delicious restaurants, and beautiful walking trails. Though the dining options weren't quite as substantial as we hoped for, the hotel still provided perfect spots for refreshments. The facilities were great, making it one of the best places to stay in the area!
